Seems I was doing riocast an injustice, it's not the cause of the problem.

It's the original shoutcast client part that's hogging the cpu (45% of a
3ghz cpu), as I get the same cpu usage when listening to a shoutcast from
the web...

Anyone else noticed this?

Will look at the problem later today
