Maybe if the clocks are synchronised from a central server, you could give
a
"start playing at" command - that should be fairly immune from
lag.  I don't
imagine that each device plays back at the perfect rate, though - they
would
probably drift out of sync.

Maybe we need xplTimeCode ;-)
