Well the bug is fixed (thankyou), but I can't get the folder.bmp to
work.  If I place one in mvp/images it works as expected, but putting
a folder.bmp inside my "movies" folder doesn't have any effect -
it
still uses the one from mvp/images (and if I delete that, I get an
empty frame)

One point worth adding to the readme, is that these folder images
have to be bmps - even if the thumbs are set to jpg (like mine are)
