Couple of things to check
A) firewall isn't blocking xplrionet or any of the ports it's using
B) no other rio server is running (nor nfs etc)
C) xplrionet.xml has the correct ip address of the pc it's running on
If that fails please send me, offlist, your xplrionet.xml and clients.xml
and a brief description of your network regarding the xplrionet pc and
rio's
please
