Hi all,
Have just published v3.9.15 to www.xplhal.com
Have finally tracked down the MVP boot problem, basically if a UDP packet
was lost then the boot hung
Those already on v3.9.14 only need xplrionet.exe, others should follow
previous post
This is a _critical_ update for MVP users
