The Ulti kit that is currently available in the UK is totally separate
to C-Bus wireless.
As you rightly point out, there is no gateway, no PC control, and no way
to interface it with anything.

C-Bus wireless has been available in Australia for over a year now, and
I believe is due to be released in the UK in February.
It is a "proper" wireless version of C-Bus, and you can fully
integrate
it with a hard-wired C-Bus system, and link it to a PC etc.

It looks very promising - Saturn glass (and Neo as well I think)
switches that are UK size, that don't require a neutral! They are
designed to be direct replacements for standard UK light switches.

Regards,

John
