Hmm... the obvious spot is already taken.

Subversion is a version control system - like CVS only better:

http://subversion.tigris.org/

I do intend to make Debian packages at some point.  I'll also provide
spec files though I don't actually have any RPM based machines to
test them on and generally RPMs are better if built on the correct
distribution - SuSE and RH handle perl dependencies rather differently.
