Windows Media Center 2005 XPL plugin

I am about to upgrade my OS to MCE 2005.  I saw a super cool add-on for it
which will control x-10 devices (below URL).

Is there currently any support for MCE 2005 with XPL?  I would prefer to
continue to use XPL if possible because of its flexibility and scalability:
