xPLMediaNet - change to keymaps

Hi all,

Am going to remove from all devices the sending of remote.basic messages
during normal operation

i.e. when device is off, or remote locked it will continue to send
remote.basic as now - but the ability to send when in normal operating mode
(by default only sends play/stop) will go

This is due to there being a noticable interrupt in navigation during the
process
