3 of the critical ports used for booting the rio on the xplrionet pc are
already in use.

Ssdp = 21075, mount = 21077, nfs = 21078

The mount and nfs ports can be changed in xplrionet.xml to unused ports
(need to restart xplrionet), but ssdp (21075) is fixed as the rio has this
hardcoded.

The fact that these _specific_ 3 ports are in use is very suspicious, are
you _sure_ you don't have ARM running on the same pc as xplrionet???

If ARM isn't running, then you appear to have another application(s)
running
using these ports.

Ports cannot be shared, and the other application will need to be disabled.

Regards
Tony
