OK... got 3.8D installed and the error log shows the following
errors... any guesses as how to fix?

Start SSDP Failed: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: Only one
usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is
normally permitted
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Bind(EndPoint localEP)
at xPLRioNet.SSDP..ctor()


Start MOUNT Failed: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: Only one
usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is
normally permitted
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Bind(EndPoint localEP)
at xPLRioNet.MOUNT..ctor()

Start NFS Failed: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: Only one usage
of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally
permitted
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Bind(EndPoint localEP)
at xPLRioNet.NFS..ctor()
