Tony,
=20
I have been listening in the wings to this forum for many months and am
ver=
y
impressed with the speed of development!
=20
I already had an MVP when you mentioned support for it so was really
please=
d
when you added support for it, even more so when I managed to buy more for
=A320!
=20
Following other links, think it was on ukha_d, I recently found GB-PVR
whic=
h
allows an MVP to be used to control a PC based PVR. It would be really
nic=
e
if somehow GB-PRV would integrate with xplrionet on the MVP to allow the
MV=
P
to be used not only for playback but also to schedule recordings. Not sure
how this can be accomplished though. GB-PVR supports plug-ins, so perhaps
xplrionet could be a plug in for GP-PVR?
=20
On the forum at GP-PVR they explain how to use TFTP to boot up the MVP. I
tried this and it works great, I have yet to get the MVP to boot from the
official software (managed it once from the Laptop, but that was it. This
is useful by the way for displaying photos at a remote site!) It seems
lik=
e
getting multiple MVP up and running is a bit of a game, have yet to try
this!
=20
Keep up the good work,
=20
Kind regards,

Chris Williams

The initial release tries to be similar to the original software with
regards to pictures/movies, with the music side being xplrionet based (i.e.
rio interface).
