I'm testing it now John - looks good so far :)

One thing worth noting - as the assembly details have changed (but the
app name is the same) you might have to explicitly tell Windows XP SP2's
firewall about the app again.

Ian.

Subject: [ukha_xpl] xPL Hub v2.7 available for testing

Hi all,

The latest release of the stand-alone hub for .NET is now available
from:
http://www.xpl.myby.co.uk/downloads/xplhub/xplhub.zip

(source is available from
http://www.xpl.myby.co.uk/downloads/xplhub/xplhub_source.zip)

This release includes the following improvements:

* No hard-coded limit on the number of client applications that can use
the hub (previously this was limited to 32 apps).
* Support for specifying which IP address (and optionally port number)
the hub should bind to.
* The hub will now remember which clients were connected across restarts
of the hub service.
* Many internal changes to improve the codebase (thanks to Tom for his
suggestions)

This release will be of particular interest to those with multiple
network cards, or those who have had problems in the past with duplicate
messages.

If anyone is currently using the stand-alone .NET hub (i.e. not on a
computer running xPLHal) can they please give this version a try and
report any issues here.

If you do experience any issues, check your Application event log, as
any errors/warnings with the hub service should be reported there.

If there are no reported problems with this latest release, we can see
about merging it into the next release of xPLHal.

Regards,
