I don't know of a way to pause the Rio - I'm not sure if pause is supported
- I'll wait for Tony to comment on that.
However you should be able to mute it...

First make sure you have the latest TONYT and JOHNB plug-ins:
In xPLHal Manager, click Help -> Update Plug-In Library.
Make sure JOHNB and TONYT are checked, and click OK to download the latest
versions.
Now restart xPLHal Manager to load the new plug-ins.

You can now add a determinator to mute the rio, as follows:

1. In xPLHal Manager, right-click on Determinators and select "New
Determinator".
2. When the New Determinator wizard appears, click Next.
3. Enter a name for the determinator, e.g. "Mute Rio when phone
rings" and click Next.
4. When the Conditions screen appears, click Add.
5. On the New Determinator Condition screen, enter a name for the
condition, e.g. "Phone rings".
6. From the list of devices, select your Meteor - it will be something like
JOHNB-METEOR.LINE1.
7. From the triggers/conditions list, select "Incoming ring
detected".
8. Click OK.
9. Now click Next to move onto the actions page.
10. Click Add.
11. Enter a name for the action, e.g. "Mute Rio".
12. Select your Rio from the list of devices.
13. Select "Mute" from the list of actions, then select
"On" from the Mute dropdown list that appears.
14. If you want all your Rios to be muted, rather than just the one you've
selected, select "any device" in the "This action applies
to" box.
15. Click OK.
16. Click Next, then click Finish to save your determinator.

And if all has gone well, your Rio(s) should now mute when the phone rings.

HTH,

John
