Idea for App.

Hi folks,



I've been playing with RSS news feeds lately, and I figured it could be
a really useful mechanism for displaying xPL messages.



The idea,



xPL app that accepts OSD.BASIC messages. The app converts each message
to a news item, recompiles the .xml file and stuffs the file to a URL of
your choice. Use the DELAY property for minutes rather than seconds
until the item expires and the ROW property to order the items in the
feed.



RSS may not be useful for 'instant' messages however it would be useful
to display summary info, for example missed calls, weather, server
status etc.



The nice bit is I will be able display the same feed on my PC, PDA, XBOX
or on my website!
