Pauses in high bit rate mp3s.

Just found a couple of songs that are causing a problem that I was having
on the v2.9b rio.bin file. It manifests itself by playing for a second or
two and then pausing for a second then playing another couple of seconds.
Tony discovered that it was a problem with the audio buffer in rio.bin. He
bumped it up and it took care of the problem I had. I think he said he
raised it to a 32KB buffer. He put it in the v3.0beta release. I have now
loaded the official release and it seems now it happens when I play
320kb/s files. Most of my music is recorded at 128k-192kb/s so the new
buffer took care of that. Now I'm hitting some 320kb/s files and the buffer
may be raising it's head again. I suppose what I could do is re encode to
a lower bit rate.

Thanks
Mike
