Error Message with Weather Script

Subject: Error Message with Weather Script

Not sure when it happened but I'm getting this error message when
ever I run the GetWeather script

: Error Executing Script 'GETWEATHER' (Invalid procedure call or
argument: 'instr')

Any thoughts?
