xplrionet beta v1.5 published

Hi all,
Beta v1.5 is now published
Decided against bypassing xpl configuration, thought configuration will be
possible via the web interface in a future release.
Have put a 4 second timeout so unconfigured clients don't cause permanent
100%, have also put a sleep into the wait so it shouldn't hit cpu while
waiting.
