Help!

Finally got around to pulling some bits together and am trying to get the
TivoOsd to run. The problem I am seeing is "Unable to bind socket on
port
3865!" when running xplhub as follows:

ifconfig lo up
/var/hack/xpl/xplhub &amp;
/var/hack/xpl/tivoosd node0 &amp;

Any ideas?
