You can sometimes get away with replacing a single quote mark with two
single quote marks i.e ' with ''. The database then interrupts this as
just one when entering the data.
Not sure if this will work with all database apps though.

Is one way
If you can capture a sample message and mail to me, I can look if there are
other ways.
