There is no reason why a sub called TVOSDTEST would have been created -
maybe
you created it when you were playing around with the sub-routine builder?

Just because there is an event called TVOSDTEST doesn't mean that there has
to
be a sub-routine called TVOSDTEST.

Are you sure that the TVOSDTEST event is configured to run SendTestOSDMsg
as
it's sub-routine, and not TVOSDTEST?
(if you double-click on the TVOSDTEST event in the list you can see which
sub-routine it is configured to run)
