The spec for the display is typical 700mA and 800mA max. But I have only
had mine running for about half an hour at a time as I only have a lower
rating power supply.

Indeed I think that's how the thread started. I have been using mine with
one and the mss100 comes with a 5v 4A power supply so when I get round to
it I'm going use the power supply to run both the display and the mss100
and put it all in a nice box.
