I'm not sure what Steve intended here - usually you'd say:
command=force_off
device=P1
You usually only use the house tag when you want to address an entire house
code, e.g.
command=all_lights_on
house=p
I've checked through Steve's plug-in, and the Manager seems to be doing
what the plug-in is asking it to do, so I guess we'll need to wait for
Steve to comment on this one.
