Where i was using multiple input conditions,was, testing the usb uirt and
FirM  serial......needed to look for a specific ir signal AND also a
specific ir zone........(im now using xpl-hvision which incorporates zone
ir
info in a single  message).....

Useful when you need to allow actions to occur between specified
times....So
set a global at start of valid period  and clear it  at the end of valid
period....So the global can be used as an input condition for other
determinators.............
