xPLHal sub-routine builder
Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone actually uses the sub-routine builder in xPLHal
Manager.
This was something we started to develop in the days before Determinators,
when the only way of making things happen in xPLHal was via scripting.
It never really got past the first phase of development, and the routines
that it can produce are extremely basic, so unless anyone has any
objections, we'd like to drop it from the next release of the Manager.
I think the general view is that scripting is ideal for the more advanced
tasks that Determinators can't currently perform, but for the majority of
tasks (particularly for new users), Determinators should be the preferred
way of achieving things.
Any thoughts?
