The readme in the install package should give the information.
Basically you install the application, run the config app and run a scan.
There's a few odd bit's to do depending on hardware to be used (e.g. rio,
exstr, slimp3, mvp) and a helper package that needs downloading from the
website (related to transcoding and mvp).
I guess at some point we'll need a walk-thru guide, but this is really not
going to happen I guess until were ready for the first official (non beta)
release.
