I have both a squeezebox and an MVP but use the slimserver 5.4.0
(modified with extra xPL support) for the squeezebox. Reason: Plug-
Ins.
I only have three :-)

MVP - AVI Transcoding
The other 'naughty but nice' would be a TV guide (like GB-PVR)which
generates record requests to the Tivo (either to a new xPL Tivo task
or Tivoweb) but that is getting into contentious territory!
