xPLRioNet Next Update

Hi all,

Just to advise that an update to v3.8j of xPLRioNet _will_ be released
sometime this week (just trying to put a problem with slimp3 to bed first).

The 2 major changes are:

a) support for transcoding mp3's, for use as a temporary fix to the rio
skipping at higher bit rates

b) bug fix in shoutcast that caused it to disconnect regularly when meta
data crossed a buffer boundry

Item (b) accounts for problems with the shoutcast regularly dropping!

It won't include auto-reconnect of shoutcast streams, but the bug fix will
hopefully reduce the need for this until auto reconnect is sorted.

Will advise when the update is available
