Blimey - I go away for the weekend and look what happens!

The reason for the multiple messages is very simple - the rf remote
controls send the command multiple times.  How many times depends on
the remote.

I usually get five from the mouse remote, and between 1 and 4 from
the key chain remote.  I felt it safer just to pass them on rather
than try to filter them in the service - after all, they are all
genuine valid commands that were sent.
