xPL Monitor

xPL Monitor forgets to send "hbeat.app" msgs. No big deal, but I
am
running xpl lib V3 (of course ;-). The hub thinks the xpl monitor has
died and stops broadcasting messages to it. Can the authors (John &
Ian ?) have a look at that ?
