Clarification on a playlist issue?

Hi, all. I've noticed lately (and I assume it's always been this
way) that I have duplicate entries in the playlist when I
select "Current" in XPLRioNet to see what's playing. So, what
might
I be doing wrong to end up with something like the following which
occurred this evening when I selected Jazz Impressions of New York?
