Have tried the latest version of HVXpl it certainly appears not to be
sending as many triggers now, so that bit looks sorted.
Trying a few test triggers of the PIR or camera I think its picking it
up but in the XplHal monitor it is sending the trigger message with
Device=
Input=low
Name=
So I think that therefore Hal is unable to respond to the triggers as
its unable to identify which device it is.
