xPL Migration

Evening all...
I want to move all my xpl stuff from one pc to another.. I've got
most things working how I want scripts, xql etc but was wondering
what I need to copy over to keep everything...
My plan is (at the moment) this.
1. Stop all the xpl services and close the vb6 apps on the old pc
2. install and configure xplhal and the other services on the new pc
3. Copy the data folder from xPLHal folder to the new pc
4. start it all up...
Any other pointers / pitfuls...
