Tony,

I upgraded my .NET version to the latest one, and was getting no speech.

Then I noticed that if you send volume= as an empty config parameter, it
sets
the volume to 0.
Maybe volume= and speed= should cause the default values to be assumed?
Instead
of setting the volume to 0?

I can imagine a lot of people configuring the device and leaving the volume
and
speed options blank, assuming the defaults will be OK.
