To be fair no I hadn't or I would have used that. But as it was I had
limited internet access at the time so needed something for testing.

When I do the writing on the download page I'll put in the normal
disclaimer. I wrote it as I don't have xplhal installed at work so needed
someway of doing a config on the fly while testing. My version uses the
OCX control so it has a limited amount of checking as to a valid message,
whether that xPL message makes sense in terms of scheme is another thing
though.

I think it's robust enough for it's current purpose and they are other
things I want to have a go at first.
