New Application xPL_RedEye

Hi all,

This allows xpl control of the RedEye serial device
This is a device that allows control of Pace Cable Boxes (both IRDA and
RC5)
and Pace Sky Box.
I've only tested it with a Pace IRDA STB, but it works fine.
As my ntl cable box is in node 0, I'll be using this to allow me to finally
access all the other buttons/functions on the remote (currently all I can
do
is change channels via the tivo).
