Removed from registry = xPL.OCX any ref from registry
xPLHal Manager, started up as always has, "Welcome etc" screen


Removed from registry = C:\Program Files\xPL\xPLHalExe\Data\xplhal.xml
xPLHal Manager, started up as always has, "Welcome etc" screen

Removed xPL.OCX from system
xPLHal Manager, started up as always has, "Welcome etc" screen
