yerself PicBasicPro :-)...I didnt explain myself properly as normal....what
im trying to do is to decode my delay values which are passed as ascii
bytes...eg&nbsp; 32h...30h...which is equiv to thirty seconds..so i can
convert the 2 bytes to hex ..swap the high byte and (get the tens value in
the upper nibble) and then Or it with the lower byte and i think i should
have a byte with 30h in it ..which is 48 dec ;-((.....get my
