I think it might be complex, but that's the challenge isn;t it :D

Yes, but the nice thing about the rezza client is the web interface...
I've had lots of problems with the IR interface on the rioplay client too
have you experienced any probs.. in the short time you've run it?

TBH, I'd prefer (and think) that sending a packet containing the details of
what is playing would be better. That way we could at least get that info
out of the blasted things and report it elsewhere. ATM there is no real
feekback
mechanism from the DDAR/Rios....
