Rioplay and xPL

Hi all,

Been taking a look at the source for Rioplay and my (very old) C knowledge
is starting to come back.

I'd like to have a go at hacking an xpl module into the rioplay software.

Question is, since I don't have a linux machine available this weekend, are
there any tools available that would allow me to remake the binary(s) on a
windows xp pc, please?

I seem to recall having a linux shell running on my last xp laptop, would
this work if I can find it again?
