When I was developing a PDA interface I was detecting the IP address of the
iPaq in use.

My assumption was that being a PDA it was personal to you so commands were
assumed to be from whoever and you track where that person is by what room
they select eg click on lounge....Keith is in the lounge.

For webtablets a similar approach can be adopted except thet the IP address
it tied to the location eg LoungeFuji.

Obviously in this case I don't have the sending zone,
But I'm working on that.

In the case of the pda/fujipad via the intranet I'll probably add a
variable to say which room the pda/fuji is in.
