Bug Fix to xPL OCX

Hi all,
Apologies for this but there was a bug in the ocx published yesterday.
It wasn't raising the configured event, so items like com ports were not
being configured.
Have published a replacement ocx at www.xplhal.com
If you've already loaded the new version, just download the ocx and
overwrite it.
