xPL ToolKit for Perl now available

Hi all,
An xPL ToolKit for Perl is now available for download.
The toolkit is aimed at developers wishing to add support for xPL to
applications written using the Perl programming language.
The kit includes an xPL hub, a monitor, and a sender application, written
entirely in Perl.
The programs have been tested on Windows and Linux, but should work fine on
any
platform that supports Perl.
