Hey Patrick,

When you refer to sub-blocks, is this a formal part of the xAP message
spec or is it a way of helping create the schemas (kind of like
include statements or something) and not really part of the spec?  I'm
trying to become more proficient with xAP and I didn't see anything in
the spec about this so I'm wondering if I'm missing something?
