Sadly I can't see the proposed schema (Yahoo groups seems to have the
stripped the attachment in the web view of the group) but I wonder if
sub-blocks might help here? There is obviously overlap between, say,
an audio and video schema and the need to control a "transport"
(stop,
play) and "listening settings" (volume etc.) - perhaps these are
best
expressed as sub-blocks which can be reused across multiple schema?
