I install all the xapFramework apps in C:\Program Files\XAP\ and unzip
the=
m in a manner that retains the most current version of all the common
files=
. With this approach it depends upon upward compatibility for any updates

made. Should I construct another folder layer and have multiple copies of

these files loaded?

That's odd! I take it from your description there definitely cannot be
any older versions mixed up in the files? I've sometimes seen problems
when one version is unziped over another and different files in
different directories have upset things.

Is the date/time stamp of the console Hub EXE very different from the
the other ones? I can check this myself actually, I just realised, as
I assume you have downloaded the versions that are on the xFx website?

They are continually being rebuilt on my machine so I can always
package up newer wraps to see if things fix themselves up but I'm at a
loss to explain what the problem is here, especially since the GUI
viewer does work, and it's essentially the same as Viewer.... well,
except that it's probably not as up-to-date.
