Updating PHPNuke sites programmatically ??

I don't suppose anybody here runs a PHPNuke site which they've updated
through an external application? Is this possible at all?

Nearly finished my packager application last night that'll automate
the process of updating my xAPFramework web site for me. If I can
somehow invoke the PHPNuke portal engine remotely I can even automate
the updating of some of the key content on the site, making the update
process as easy as pressing a button or two.

I may ask this on the main UKHA_D list too, as it is relevant to home
automation in some ways!! :-) But I'll have a deeper delve into the
problem first.

Top tips welcomed if anybody knows about this,

S
