xAPdb ready for testing....

The "Log all xAP messages to a database" program is ready for
alpha
testing.
Currently runs on Windows (tested on Win2k).
Should work with any ODBC-addressable database (tested on MySQL4).
I'd rather test with a few people before sticking up on the web -
please let me know if you'd like a copy and would be willing to help
test?
