I am not sure what xAPLib Neil is using but I'm guessing it's Patrick's
original Java library ?

I thought the source code was on Patrick's website but if not an email
should get him what he needs.

The SourceForge thing,  originally from Gerry Duprey  looks very old
(2003 ?) and I'm guessing is defunct.  It's a C library.
