Yes, you can have any number of xAP applications on the same PC - as
long as you have a xAP hub installed (and started as the first xAP
application).  The hub distributes received messages to all the
applications present on that PC.   I would recommend installing the hub
as a Windows service and then it's always available (assuming of course
this is a Windows PC).
